The luxury king room with large bed had all necessary amenities. I loved that there were a safe, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea makers. Hotel's location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, in the middle of jackson.

Couldn’t fault.

An excellent hotel and after 3 days in Gandhinagar, can tell that I would happily go back again. This place deserves more than 5 stars, it has excellent rooms and serves wonderful breakfast. Staff is excellent and you can park your car onsite. The restaurant serves excellent international food.

Everything was simply great. It was an excellent hotel in a nice area, just next door to the bakery, and congress center. The location of the venue was magnificent - at walking distance from Mahatma Mandir Memorial. Truly enjoyed the way our beautifully maintained and extremely spacious deluxe room with large bed was. A mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe were good. Hotel's staff was very courteous all the time.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, making my stay very memorable. Secondly, the rooms were well maintained and clean, with a large bed that provided excellent comfort. Lastly, the breakfast buffet spread was not only large and delectable but also offered a scenic view that added to the overall experience. I was truly impressed with the attention to detail and value for money that this hotel provided.

Some guests reported that the hotel could improve its attention to detail when it comes to arranging special occasions, and certain details were not met in regards to guests' expectations.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room and at the buffet. promised amenities and surprises such as a birthday celebration and ice cream preservation were not delivered upon.

The hotel could improve the reception experience for guests upon arrival.

During my recent stay at The Leela, I was blown away by the stunning location and beautiful ambience of the hotel. The design of the hotel, from the rooms to the banquet areas, was truly pleasing to the eye. The staff at the hotel deserve a lot of credit as well, as they were incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and caring throughout my stay. They truly made my time there memorable.

These minor drawbacks did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

The exclusive amenities here were beyond luxurious, from the spa and wellness center to the outdoor infinity pool. The hotel staff were exceptional, always ensuring we had sun loungers and towels available. The room advantages were unparalleled, with breathtaking views and private facilities. The restaurant offered a delectable dining experience with various cuisines to choose from. The leisure/TV room was well-equipped, and the location advantages were numerous, with easy access to the local attractions.

There were no local spirits or beers available for purchase either. However, the massage services at the spa lounge and pool with a view were exceptional and made up for this minor issue.

Received a complementary pastry and heart-shaped balloons for the honeymoon decoration, which was a good gesture. The hotel has a key location with a beautiful view. The staff was helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable.

The hotel failed to deliver on the promised birthday surprise and did not even keep the ice cream in the room freezer frozen, leading to disappointment and waste. The room had a fair bit of dust and dirt, which was unpleasant.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and a wide range of breakfast dishes were served each morning. Additionally, I appreciated the various amenities offered by the hotel, which contributed to a comfortable stay. Above all, the staff were accommodating, polite, and always on hand to assist with any queries or requests.

Cannot find any fault. My stay at this hotel was enjoyable and without any negative incidents.
